Auros is a sleep induction experience for iOS. It guides you toward sleep through an interactive particle world, responsive generative audio, and adaptive haptic feedback. It is not a medical device. It is not a diagnostic tool. It does not monitor sleep or produce sleep data of any kind.
Auros is designed to help you fall asleep. It is not a substitute for medical advice, treatment, or care. If you have a sleep disorder or a medical condition affecting sleep, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Auros is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control.
Auros is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription. Once purchased, you have a license to use the app on devices associated with your Apple ID in accordance with Apple's standard terms.
If an optional in-app purchase is available — such as a voluntary support contribution — it is non-consumable and non-refundable except as required by Apple's policies or applicable law. No features are locked behind any in-app purchase.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their policies.
We may update, modify, or discontinue Auros or any part of it at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the core experience you purchased.
Auros and all of its visual design, generative systems, audio architecture, particle systems, wordmark, and associated assets are the intellectual property of i6 Developments LLC. All rights reserved. Your license is limited to personal use as described above.
Auros is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that Auros will produce any particular outcome including sleep.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i6 Developments LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Auros.
Auros is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not responsible for Auros or these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ohio, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page. Continued use of Auros after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
